Edit: Poor (no) response from Management (Yusri) so reducing to 1 star. READ THE OTHER 1/2 star reviews - there’s dozens!Original review: Super expensive for what it is, to the point of being unethical (ie, ripping off customers just because it is halal and there’s no competition). The same quality of wagyu served in the west end (not Paddington) is half the price. The main issue besides the ripping off of customers is that they don’t know how to cook a steak. Order medium rare and you get medium well (I tried to complain about this but management (Yusri) has been rude and unresponsive and does a disservice to the owners). The chefs kill the quality meat you’re paying twice the price to eat. The wagyu fried rice tastes nothing like it should with tiny amounts of meat. Nothing is “authentic” - it’s a strange fusion. Which works for certain crowds who lack halal options - but honestly for the highway robbery prices. The place is a real letdown. Decor/atmosphere is tacky. Service is amateur. Lots of goodwill but a real fail on the execution. For example, 4 x poorly cooked wagyu steaks for lunch will set you back £600 before drinks. A fried rice will cost you £40. These are Michelin star prices at a local restaurant. There are better places to spend your money.

I absolutely loved the vibe and atmosphere here! The food was delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared.A special shoutout to Sumaya, who was incredibly attentive. Her recommendations were completely spot-on, especially the spring rolls for starters and her excellent suggestions for the main course.Zubia also provided fantastic service, consistently checking in on us to ensure everything was perfect throughout the dinner. Overall, exceptional hospitality and a wonderful dining experience, highly recommended!You guys made my birthday so much more special! A massive thank you to the team for arranging a seat for us, even though the restaurant was fully booked.We will definitely be back😃

Had such a lovely experience at Meat Bros Steakhouse. It’s honestly such a unique place, especially because finding a good quality halal steak spot isn’t always easy. The steaks were really good, and they have a great selection of options to choose from.What I loved most was the atmosphere — the restaurant is underground with this beautiful stone-style interior and warm lighting, which gives it such a unique and cosy feel. It reminded me a little of the stone buildings you see in Cappadocia, Turkey. The whole setting makes it feel like an amazing place to visit.It is slightly on the pricier side, but the quality of the food, the ambience, and the overall experience make it worth it. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a halal steak experience in London.

What an amazing experience!!! The Steak Sando was juicy, flavourful, and incredibly filling. The grain-fed rib-eye was cooked perfectly—tender, well-seasoned, and packed with flavour. We also ordered the Wagyu fried rice, which was rich, satisfying, and paired beautifully with the steaks. 10/10 xxx

This place was just... meh, quite expensive and the food quality didn’t match up to the prices 👎🏼First of all, do not get the truffle parmesan fries. They were honestly 0/10 and tasted like they were made in the air fryer. The chicken burger was 1/10 as well. I'm genuinely not exaggerating.The only highlights were the steak, which my husband said was really good and the sweet & spicy chicken wings.What disappointed me the most was that we went there for my husband's birthday and I'd booked it well in advance and even left a note saying it was his birthday. Usually, when you mention it's a special occasion, restaurants make a bit of an effort even if it's just wishing them a happy birthday, offering the dessert menu, or doing something small to make it feel special. There was nothing at all, which was a bit disappointing.Overall, I'd probably give the food 4/10. Maybe I expected too much because of all the hype on social media, but it definitely didn't live up to it. Other restaurants we've been to for birthdays or anniversaries have always gone the extra mile, so I was expecting something similar here.Sadly, I won't be coming back and I'd think twice before booking this place for a special occasion because the note clearly didn't make any difference. 🤷‍♀️

Phenomenal food, fantastic service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend the lamb shank, the wagu fried rice and spring rolls. For drinks the pineapple cooler was so refreshing. Don’t forget the amazing desserts - all were delicious!! Big shout out to Wina who was great, very professional, polite and helpful. Overall a fantastic evening at MeetBros!

What a great find just a short walk from Paddington Station! The dining room is tucked away in the basement, giving it a cozy, speakeasy-style atmosphere that makes the experience feel a little more special.We started with the chicken wings and then had the burgers, both were absolutely exceptional. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor.Although the restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol, we didn’t miss it at all. The mocktail menu was incredibly creative, and every drink we tried was delicious.We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. If you’re looking for outstanding food, a unique atmosphere, and excellent non-alcoholic drinks, this place is well worth a visit.

I hate to leave this review but I was so disappointed I feel I must. Visited the Shoreditch branch with friends, 4 of us in total. There was not atmosphere on a Saturday early evening, nonetheless the restaurant decor is nice and is clean. Service was just okay, no complaints but nothing to note. We ordered 3 starters, all were fine but the menu description was mushroom tempura and what we were served was flat breaded mushrooms, and cold. We ordered burgers and chips, pumpkin pasta and a steak salad for main. Burgers were soooo average, pasta was tasteless and there was no steak in salad, just pieces of fat. And the driest salad ever. 3 starters, 4 mains, 5 drinks came to £170. Honestly embarrassing for the quality of food. Will not visit again and would not recommend.
