Ash and Adama were really great servers, they took such great care of us.We loved the starters, the steak sandos and spring rolls were the best. The carbonara was tasty, as well as the lamb shank. The steak was a little inconsistent with how other steakhouses cook it, it was also a little oily. Otherwise beautiful interiors and attentive staff 🎀

Today, I was served by Adama, whose service was nothing short of excellent. After being promptly seated, Adama took care of me and my friend ensuring we had everything we needed for the evening. Our server Adama was absolutely AMAZING!! She immediately made us feel incredibly welcome, was super friendly and easy to talk to. She answered every single question we had and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. She made sure to check on us to see if the food was good and if there was anything else she could do for us. Amazing atmosphere, conversation and delicious food - would definitely come back again and request Adama as a server again!! She made the entire experience very memorable.The food was also delicious, didn’t take long to prepare. Served tap water upon seating. Dim lighting. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Prayer room also available.

We went to Meet Bros today with my husband and had a really lovely experience. The steak was delicious, but what truly made the visit special was our server Adama. She was absolutely amazing!! So warm, friendly, and super helpful. She gave us great food recommendations and checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. You could really tell she cares about doing a great job and she absolutely excelled at it. We’ll definitely be coming back and a big reason for that is Adama’s service!!Thank you so much

I’ve been to Meet Bros twice now. The decor is lovely and moody and the food generally comes out in good time.This visit was a bit conflicting. The starters were great just like the first time. We ordered the nachos and completely devoured them.The mains were where it went wrong. We ordered the biryani and the lasagna. Yes I know ordering lasagna at a steakhouse is partly on me but Meet Bros has a good reputation so I didn’t think I’d be disappointed. Also how hard is a lasagna really?Do not be fooled by how it looks because it actually looks quite nice. You eat with your eyes and all that. But this was genuinely the worst lasagna I’ve ever had! Bland. Dry. No flavour at all. It was beef filling with no sauce between pasta sheets and cheese baked together then topped with a flavourless tomato sauce and some grated Parmesan. That was it. I get annoyed thinking about it. I’ve had better lasagna at school dinners and for a fine dining restaurant that is just not acceptable.We also ordered fries. They were fine.Service was okay but not amazing at the start. We arrived early for our reservation and waited about 10-15 minutes just to be acknowledged. When we mentioned the booking the bartender pointed towards the seating area and said someone would come. We only got seated after flagging down a waiter rushing past. Once we were seated though the food came out very quickly.The biryani was actually delicious and to reiterate the nachos, which is why this place gets a 3. If I were rating it on the lasagna alone I’d post a video on Italian TikTok and wait for tables to be thrown.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Had a great experience at Meet Bros in Paddington. The food was excellent, but the service really stood out: especially from Numan.We were dining with our baby daughter and he was incredibly accommodating, making it easy for us to warm her food and bottle of milk, which made the whole visit much more relaxed for us as parents.A mocktail glass accidentally broke (it was very fragile) and Numan kindly offered a replacement without any fuss at all. Thoughtful, attentive service like this makes a big difference.We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

The lamb shank and starters were enjoyable, but unfortunately the steak was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. I did raise this with the staff, however nothing was offered to improve the situation. The least they could have done was offer something as a gesture of goodwill.There was also an issue with our order. A potato side we did not choose was brought to the table more than once, even after we explained we had switched it to fries. This caused unnecessary confusion.Given the fine-dining setting, I expected more attentive service and better handling of concerns. Overall, some good food, but the experience fell short.

This place solely relies on the fact that its one of the only halal steak places in the area and takes advantage of people in terms of pricing and food quality. The food was subpar leaning towards not good. It was bland and tasteless and one dish cost £30 on average. What a joke, thats the type of prices you'd find in Mayfair. There was an abundance of staff but for some reason they wouldnt approach to ask us if we needed anything I had to flag them up to tell them im ready to order, ask them where my food was after waiting at least 30 minutes and for the bill even though they could clearly see the table was empty. The only reason the place gets a 3 star is because the food was acceptable but the price with that quality of food was not. Also when I had to ask them for my food because it was taking long, the food arrived cold, which made me question how long the food was just waiting for someone to deliver it to the table.
